This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 280 days in representing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.132874 of 2023.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 280 days in representing the Appeal is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
