ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.332 of 2023 and file the final report/charge sheet within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already completed and the final report was also filed before the concerned Magistrate, however, the same was returned for some reasons and subsequently the final report has been represented.
