This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should report before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 041 on all working days at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024. 2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 09.01.2025 in PRC.No.94 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 09.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Thereby, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2024 on 19.10.2024 is modified.
