O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.419 of 2025 on the file of the fourth respondent police (Thirunavalur Police Station, Kallakurichi District) to the file of the CBCID.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband committed suicide due to humiliation by the respondent police in collusion with the accused persons and hence, prayed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.419 of 2025 on the file of the fourth respondent police to the file of the CBCID.

4. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that investigation has been conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tirukoilur Range which is monitored by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Kallakurichi. He further submitted that final report shall be filed after completion of enquiry.

5. I have perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the dispute pertains to be civil in nature and also that the investigation is done by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tirukoilur Range which is monitored by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Kallakurichi, this Court is not inclined to interfere the matter at this stage and the same shall continue. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
