ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the third respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the Joint Representation given by the petitioners herein, dated 20.09.2004 in a time-framed manner.

2. From paragraph 9 of the affidavit, it is seen that the representation is with regard to a function already held and that the function was conducted without any pomp and publicity. Much water has flown after the representation of the petitioner. The purpose of issuing direction as sought for by the petitioner at this stage, is of no help to any one, much less the petitioners. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
