This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.816 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent Police within time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation had already been completed and they ready to file the final report before the jurisdictional magistrate.

4. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report as early as possible.
