2.The petitioner pleads that after visits to the sites, he sought for issuance of the site visit certificate, but the same has not been issued. Hence the writ petition.

3.I had requested Ms.Athiniveda to serve the papers in advance to Mr.E.C.Ramesh so as to enable him to get instructions. 4.Post Lunch when I look up the matter, Mr.E.C.Ramesh states that the site visit certificates for the aforesaid works will be issued either tomorrow or latest by Monday (29.09.2025). Since the request of the petitioner has been acceded to by the respondent, nothing further remains than to record the statement of Mr.E.C.Ramesh and dispose of this writ petition.
