The writ petition (criminal) has been filed to direct the respondent police to return the petitioner's mobile phones I-Phone model A2628 IMEI/MEID No.352725812195929 Mini Pink Colur, and I-Phone 14 Pro Max Model, A2893 IMEI/MEID No.359451591859915 Deep Purple colour and hand over to the petitioner based on the representation dated 29.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this is the second petition, the earlier petition had been filed during the pendency of investigation. He would further submit that the investigation 2/5

has now been completed and therefore, liberty may be granted to approach the concerned court after the final report is filed. 3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed but the final report is yet to be filed. 4.In view of the above, the writ petition (criminal) is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the lower Court after the final report is filed.
