ORDER

An affidavit of undertaking has been filed by the review applicants to vacate the premises within a period of three months in pursuant to the earlier order of this Court in the CRP.No.3015 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025. The said 1/3

affidavit of undertaking is taken on record.

2. In view of the consensus arrived between the parties and affidavit of undertaking filed to hand over the vacant possession of the premises to the respondent, the review petitioners is directed to vacate the premises on or before 30.04.2025. On vacating the premises, as agreed by the respondent, the respondent shall return a sum of Rs.63,250/- to the review applicants. It is made clear that if the review petitioners fails to vacate the premises as undertaken before this Court, they will be proceeded for contempt of Court.
