This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in Crl.OP.No.20863 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 with condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 am., until further orders in the above S.C.No.6 of 2016 pending trial on the file of the learned XVI Additional Sessions Court at Chennai.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 82 days and investigation has been completed in this matter. He would further submit that in Spl.SC No.6 of 2024 next hearing date has been fixed on 08.01.2025 before the trial Court has been assigned before the trial Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20863 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 in 6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the XVI Additional Sessions Court at Chennai, on 08.01.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
