ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to first respondent to register the sale certificate in favour of the fourth respondent. 2.
On petitioner's own showing, it is apparent that the prayer made before the Sub-Registrar was already rejected on 18.02.2025. The said order is appealable. Neither appeal has been filed, nor that order has been challenged in this proceedings or any other proceedings.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition, however, with liberty to challenge the order
of rejection passed by the Sub Registrar dated 18.02.2025. 4.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
