The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioners in the order of this Court dated 04.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27600 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
