Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and Referred Charge Sheet has been filed before the concerned Court through e-filing No.LTN20230000301C202500107 and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
