ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "8(a)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.26260 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis period of 40 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
