ORDER

This application has been filed to extend the time for completion of the arbitral proceedings on the file of the Sole Arbitrator by a period of three months.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for the application being allowed. 4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitrator and the arbitration proceedings are in the final stage of arguments and a request was made for extension of three months.

5.The application is allowed as prayed for and the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended by three months.
