This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27872 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Kancheepuram.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27872 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram on 05.01.2025 at 10:30 a.m., thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
