This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.24300 of 2024 on 17.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. A.D. JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and further, the charge sheet filed in PRC No.124 of 2024 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai and the case is posted on 30.12.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.24300 of 2024 on 17.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai on 30.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
