Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct a fair and speedy enquiry based on the representation made by the Petitioner on 10.09.2025 regarding cancellation of the Patta No.2309 stands in the name of the 4th Respondent in respect of the lands admeasuring 0.48 cents in Survey Nos.125/1A and 0.87 cents in Survey No.125/1B and in aggregating to 1 Acre 35 Cents, situated at Sirukaveripakkam Village, Kancheepuram Taluk and District. 1/4

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to conduct a fair and speedy enquiry based on the representation made by the Petitioner on 10.09.2025 regarding cancellation of the Patta No.2309 stands in the name of the 4th Respondent in respect of the lands admeasuring 0.48 cents in Survey Nos.125/1A and 0.87 cents in Survey No.125/1B and in aggregating to 1 Acre 35 Cents, situated at Sirukaveripakkam Village, Kancheepuram Taluk and District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is informed that upon receipt of the petitioner's representation, an enquiry is now pending before the 1st respondent and respondents 3 to 5 are also appearing in the said enquiry

4. In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the counter 2/4

parties, if any, and respondents 3 to 5, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
