ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23167 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the final report was also filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23167 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
