O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 28.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26934 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri and the case was taken on file.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri on 03.02.2025 and thereafter on the date of hearing fixed by the learned trial judge.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. 09.01.2025 rpp To
