This Application has been filed to extend the time to pass the award by the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that he has no objection for the Application being favourably considered as prayed for.

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Application and considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said affidavit, this Application is allowed and accordingly, time is extended to complete the arbitration proceedings by a further period of six months.
