O R D E R
This Court earlier, while considering the Contempt Petition, taking note of the fact that the interest of minor child been involved, directed the parties to allow the child to be in hostel and pursue her studies peacefully without getting entangle in the fight between the parents. The order of temporary arrangement to put the child in the Our Ladies Hostel till she completes her 12th standard examination, was passed.
2. The father of the child not satisfied with the order has filed an appeal against this order and the same has been entertained by the Division Bench of this Court in Contempt Appeal in Cont.Appeal No.3 of 2025 on 20.02.2025.
3. This Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping this contempt petition alive, when the parents of the child are not inclined to safeguard the interest of the child delegating their ego behind and the child is likely to attain majority within few months. Hence, this Contempt 2/4
Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected sub applications are closed.
