2. The learned for the petitioner submitted that the address of the 3rd respondent is wrongly mentioned as Nettapakkam and the same shall be mentioned as 'Villianur', for which there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the name of the 3rd respondent, which is mentioned as Nettapakkam shall be modified as Villianur wherever necessary.

4. Registry is directed to delete the name and address of the 3rd respondent and type the above address and issue the corrected order copy.
