Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse provisional pension to the petitioner as per Section 60 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 along with leave encashment of earned leave with arrears from 01.05.2024 by considering the representation dated 02.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a time frame.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to disburse provisional pension to the petitioner as per Section 60 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 along with leave encashment of earned leave with arrears from 01.05.2024 by considering the representation dated 02.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
