Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.2682/2006/A1 dated 08.09.2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner with respect to the property admeasuring 1500 sq.ft situated at No.15, Municipal Colony, Mettupalaym Town in the light of Resolution No.440 dated 31.03.1997 on the file of the third respondent.

The issue raised in the writ petition has already been dealt with in W.P.No.36738 of 2025 etc., batch dated 26.09.2025.
2. Following the said judgment, I pass the following order: The authorities under the impugned order dated 08.09.2025 shall not dispossess the writ petitioner. The impugned notice shall be treated Page Nos.2/4
only as a notice determining the tenancy of the writ petitioner. It is open to the respondents to invoke such provisions of law that are available to them and pass appropriate orders.
