ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has made a representation on 06.08.2024 and the same will be considered by the second respondent in accordance with the relevant Government Orders and requests that time of six weeks be granted for the completion of the said exercise.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:- The prayer of the petitioner to consider his case as an innocent purchaser and to release his lands from the urban land ceiling shall be considered in accordance with the applicable Government Order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
