This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(c), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25396 of 2024, dated 18.10.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for 1/3

interrogation.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(c), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25396 of 2024, dated 18.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
