ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend his classes and to appear for his third year examinations for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course.

On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it is revealed that the petitioner did not even whisper about when he joined in the respondents college. That apart, he had been involved in drug peddling and received money from other students. Therefore, there was an enquiry and the petitioner was not permitted to attend the classes. Though, so far no criminal case has been registered as against the petitioner, the respondents have to enquire into this case and pass orders. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstance, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner seeking permission to attend the classes and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed

of. There shall be no order as to costs.
