ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.07.2025 and 01.09.2025, in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.21277 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024 and W.P.No.28271 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 02.07.2025 and 01.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.21277 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024 and W.P.No.28271 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
