ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. O.P. No.24232 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 that the petitioners shall appear before the Special Court for exclusive trial under POCSO Act Cases, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. O.P. No.24232 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is relaxed.
