This Application has been filed to extend the time for completion of arbitral proceedings by six months in the pending Arbitration Proceedings between the parties.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Application and considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said affidavit, this Application is allowed and accordingly, time is extended to complete the arbitration proceedings by a further period of six months.
