This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1244 of 2020 pending on the file of 2 nd respondent and file final report within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already completed and negative charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Magistrate.
