3. Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

4. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 19.06.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
