This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Tamil Nadu Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, in C.T.A.No.322 of 2001, dated 10.01.2003.

The contesting respondent, is the first respondent, against whom, the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non payment of batta. Therefore, unless, the Writ Petition is restored as against the first respondent, the Court cannot adjudicate the correctness of the impugned order.
