This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.622 of 2024, within a stipulated time. 1/4

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for recovery of possession against the respondent/defendant. The written statement in the suit was filed by the respondent/defendant on 12.03.2025.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet annexed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit has been adjourned from time to time from 09.04.2025 onwards for the purpose of framing issues. It appears that till date, issues have not been framed.

4. Taking into consideration the pleadings are already completed, the trial is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
