The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Thiruvottriyur to dispose of HMOP.No.327 of 2022 at the earliest within a time fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The petitioner herein filed a petition seeking divorce under Section 13(1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in HMOP.No.327 of 2022. A perusal of the e-Court status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate the pleadings of the parties are completed as early as March 2023 and the main original petition was posted for recording evidence on 20.06.2024 and there is no progress in the original petition proceedings.

3. Taking into consideration the original petition is of the year 2022 and the same was posted for recording evidence in June 2024, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Court, Thiruvottriyur to dispose of the original petition as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
