The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report submitting that the vehicle has been repossessed and the custody of the vehicle has been handed over to the applicant. He further submitted that only in the presence of the respondent, the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant.

Arb Appln NO. 874 of 2024 2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the present application since the respondent has full notice of the above proceedings. Hence, this application is closed. 3.The learned Advocate Commissioner has also sought for additional remuneration to the tune of Rs.40,000/-. Considering the work done by the learned Advocate Commissioner, a further sum of Rs.25,000/- is ordered to be paid towards additional remuneration, within a period of two weeks from today.
