O R D E R

The plaintiff is the petitioner before this Court seeking earlier disposal of the commercial suit in COS.No.13 of 2024, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tirupur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The records would indicate that the plaintiff had not participated in the pre-suit mediation and the opposition party had objected stating that there was no chance for settlement and the petition was closed as nonstarted and thereafter the the learned Judge has set in motion the proceeding in the suit. The case status would indicate that the service on the respondent is yet to be completed.

4. Therefore, taking note of the fact that the service is yet to be completed, this Court cannot at this stage direct the early disposal of the proceedings. However, considering the fact that the suit falls under the Commercial Courts Act, where timelines are fixed for various stages, the Principal District Judge, Tirupur, is directed to comply with the timelines provided under the Commercial Courts Act while disposing of the suit. 2/4

5. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
