This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 23.09.2025 made in A.S.No.41 of 2019 dismissing the above appeal as abated in respect of the second appellant and restore the above appeal in respect of the second appellant to file. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition. Though name of R3 has been printed, there is no appearance.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
