ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.983 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 447, 326, 324, 506(ii) of IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur on 30.12.2024 but the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
