This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 20.12.2024 passed an order in Crl.R.C.No.2361 of 2024 and Crl.M.P.No.18194 of 2024, however, in the order copy, inadvertently a typographical error has occurred, wherein in para (3) & (4) the amount has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.3,14,000/- instead of Rs.3,14,400/- and the same needs to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
