ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.11.2024 passed in E.P.No.2513 of 2019 in O.S.No.1271 of 2013 on the file of the IX-Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, and allow this revision petition.

2. Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioiner, this Court directed the Registry to verify the daily status regarding EP.No.2513 of 2019 in O.S.No.1271 of 2013 on the file of the IX-Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, which is the subject matter of the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. The daily status of the EP.No.2513 of 2019 in O.S.No.1271 of 2013 on the file of the IX-Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, reads as follows:- " Decree holder counsel present. JD2, JD2 counsel present. EA 12/25 dismissed as infractious. Petition filed by LR of 1st JD under Section 47 of CPC and Order 21 Rule 97 of CPC, petition under Section 151 of CPC and stay petition in all returned.

Delivery warrant executed, bailiff and decree holder report verified. Possession 2 / 4

handed over to decree holder. Full satisfaction reported by decree holder counsel. EP is terminated."

4. In view of the above, it is evident that the EP has been terminated, the possession has been handed over to the decree holder, and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
