Learned counsel for the auction purchaser submits that earnest money deposit of Rs.3.25 crore was remitted on 20.01.2026. He seeks confirmation of the sale.

2. Learned counsel for Fairdeals Supplies Limited submits that the appeal before the Division Bench is likely to be listed on or about 20th of this month. The admitted position is there is no stay of the auction sale by the Division Bench. Nonetheless, in view of the pending appeal, at the request of learned counsel for Fairdeals Supplies Limited, list on 05.06.2026.
