ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking for Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 17.06.2004 issued in Na.Ka.Nos.5939/A5/04, 4441/A1/2004, Na.Ka.No.3428/A5/04, Na.Ka.No.4595/A3/04 respectively, and to quash the same.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Muthukkannu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is fairly represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though the transfer order was passed in the year 2004 and the same was challenged in these writ petitions. While admitting this writ petition, this court has granted the Interim Stay on 17.06.2004 and the Interim Stay has also continue till date. Subsequently the petitioner has also retired from service.

4. Therefore, nothing in this writ petition and accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
