This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the above Appeal Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Despite service of notice, the respondents have neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel.

4. Upon considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit in support of this petition, this Court is of the considered view that it is just and necessary to allow this miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

16.12.2025 kv Note: The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to move the appeal suit before the Vacation Court, in the event of any urgency. The appeal suit shall be listed before the Joint Registrar (Appellate Side) for admission on 19.12.2025.
