This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 147 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.4,900/- in A.S.Sr.No.73624 of 2025.

2. Heard Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 147 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the usual course.
