ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 121(1), 132, 351(2) BNS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.186 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that these petitioners are the residents of Jai Bharat Apartment. They were having a quarrel with the another occupant of the apartment and continuously had fight with the other occupants. Uable to bear the same, the police were called to intervene and investigate the situation. Even after hindrance of the police, these petitioners joined hands with two other persons attacked the other occupants. Immediately the police have intervened to save other persons, but these petitioners beaten the police constable including a women constable.

3. I have also gone through the First Information Report and it revealed that it is a serious issue of assaulting the police officials by the petitioners and indiscriminately attacked them, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
