Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the name of the petitioner herein under the category of OBC(NCL) - PwBD in the third round or any other subsequent round of the counselling as per the NEET (UG) Schedule 2025 for the All India Quota or the Tamil Nadu Government State Quota meant for MBBS selection for the year 2025 by accepting the certificate dated 05.09.2025, given by the competent Medical Board of the Government Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital given in the favour of the petitioner and allot a first year MBBS seat in any one of the colleges of the petitioner's choice, so as to enable her to pursue her MBBS studies. Today, the matter is posted before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 26.09.2025, directed the third respondent to open their portal to upload the disability certificate of the petitioner. So far, the third respondent did not open the portal. Hence, he prayed for necessary directions.

The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the order was passed in the absence of the learned counsel representing the third respondent. Even then, today the portal is very much open till 5.00 p.m., and the petitioner can very well upload her disability certificate.

Recording the above submissions, no further order is required in this petition.
