ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the respondent for providing compensation for the death of his mother due to electrocution. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition was filed. This Court by its order dated 04.10.2024, issued a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders. However, the same has not been complied with. Hence, the present contempt petition. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and awarded a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- each to the petitioner and his brother as compensation and paid the same to them through RTGS on 27.11.2025. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
