ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Revathi aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter went missing since 30.07.2025 and not returned to house, therefore, he gave a complaint. FIR was registered in Cr.No.98 of 2025, however, the police have not secured the petitioner's daughter.

3. Today, Mr.K.Chinnasamy, SSI, Sirupakkam Police Station, Cuddalore District is present and produced the petitioner's daughter, Revathi, aged about 19 years before this Court. 2/4

4. On enquiry, she submitted that she left her house out of her own volition and she is married to the third respondent, viz., Karuppaiya on 01.08.2025. She further submitted that she is not willing to go with her parents.

5. It is an admitted fact that she is a major and she also refused to go with her parents. Such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
